Fill a Questionnaire
Fill out the Personalization questionnaire, client intake form, and sign the client disclaimer and HIPPA forms. Once the forms are signed and turned in it will take up to 2 weeks to receive an approximate routine. If needed some adjustments may be made at this time. Once the recipes are in the making there are no refunds or changes available.
Receive a Personalized Supplement Routine
Personalized supplements take between 6-8 weeks depending on the type of tincture, elixir, or herbal honey.
